Challenge

A network of blinds and shades retailers needed a way to show customers how a product would look on their actual window — before purchase. The existing process? Customer picks a product from the catalog, orders a sample, waits a week, then decides. Conversion rates were low and sample return rates were high.

Goal: customer takes a phone photo of their window, gets a visualization with the selected product within a minute, plus a link to the configurator.

Solution

We built a WhatsApp chatbot with AI visualization that works as a self-service tool for the entire retailer network:

  • Customer scans a QR code at the store or on the retailer’s e-shop
  • Sends a window photo via WhatsApp — no app install, no registration
  • AI generates a visualization — GPT-Image model processes the photo and places the selected product directly on the customer’s window
  • Result arrives back in WhatsApp with a link to the configurator and pricing

The entire system is multi-tenant — each retailer has their own branding, product catalog (synced from Shoptet), and visual workflow. Administrators have access to a dashboard with conversion overview, lead scoring, and daily limits.

The conversation workflow is fully configurable through a visual drag-and-drop node editor — retailers can customize the communication flow without developer involvement.
